The Company believes that the quality of its workforce is crucial to its success and is dedicated

During the year, the Company maintained positive relations with its employees and focused on providing training and skill development opportunities to help them navigate the changing work environment. As
of March 31, 2024, the Company employed 400 permanent employees. In FY23-24, the Company received by ET award for ‘Progressive Place to Work in 2023’
